End User License Agreement (EUA)
1. Definitions
- Services: Refers to the storage and data services provided by Maple Data Services (MDS) to you.
- User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Services under this Agreement.
- MDS: Maple Data Services, the provider of the storage and data services.
- SLA: Service Level Agreement, a document that outlines the performance standards MDS agrees to provide regarding its services.
2. Use of Services
You, as the User, agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You shall not engage in any form of "hacking" or unauthorized access to any systems or networks. You acknowledge that using the Services for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences. You shall not use the Services to bypass or navigate around blocked content unless such activity complies with all applicable laws.
3 Privacy
Logs
You agree that any traffic or logs associated with or created by use of the service can be stored for the amount of time that MDS sees fit.

Third Party
MDS utilizes stripe for billing. By using the stripe service you agree to all applicable terms and conditions associated with stripe.
File access
Understand that all files stored in an unencrypted state can be accessed my MDS. MDS will not rummage through your files unless there is reasonable cause that illegal activity has occurred. If MDS is compromised understand that unencrypted files could become comprised as well.
4. Content Restrictions
You agree not to store, transmit, or facilitate the storage of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any other form of illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. You shall ensure that all content stored on the Services is legal, ethical, and respectful towards others.
5. Data Security Measures
MDS will seek reasonable measures to ensure the security of the data stored on its systems. However, MDS cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent risks associated with data storage and transmission over the internet. MDS cannot be held liable for any data accessed by a third party on its systems unless such access results from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of MDS. If data security is of paramount importance, MDS recommends the use of encryption technology to protect sensitive information.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The SLA sets out the agreed-upon performance standards that MDS commits to providing regarding its services. Please note that the terms and conditions of the SLA may be updated or changed by MDS at any time, without prior notice. You are responsible for checking the latest version of the SLA regularly.
7. Billing and Payment
Any charges for the Services will be billed to you according to MDS's payment terms. If your account is not paid within 30 days of the due date, MDS may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately if there is a breach by either party. Upon termination, you agree to cease using the Services and delete all data stored on your account.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You acknowledge that there may be limitations in the security measures implemented by MDS, and you assume all risks associated with using the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MDS concerning the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
